Reception / Marketing

We are looking for a capable Reception candidate who is looking to take on additional marketing duties. We are looking for a confident, charming and friendly candidate who is client facing and switched on. This role will cover additional marketing duties also. Candidate must have an interest in Marketing, and ideally some experience within this. Based in state of the art, brand new offices in the City, with a gorgeous roof terrace and excellent views, this is a company who really look after their staff, all get on exceptionally well and all muck in together. Candidates must have excellent attention to detail, take pride in their role and a willingness to help out.

Duties will cover:

• Scheduling meeting rooms
• Able to manage the Video Conference/Tech facilities
• Meeting room set up/clear down
• Answering the phones
• Refreshments
• Ability to juggle and plan
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Dealing with the post, couriers, etc.
• Creating presentations
• Proposals
