My client is looking for an experienced Band 8A Project Management Officer - Improvement & Change Management Speciality 6 months full time temp position, £23

The key responsibilities are :

• Ensure the development and application of consistent change management activities across the 3 trusts and provide assurance and direct support to ensure that the benefits required from change programmes are delivered.
• Support commercial/business development activities such as the design and establishment of private services across the 2 sites
• Act as lead point of contact for a single site for change management activities, working with a site Managing Director.
• Ensure all projects are delivered according to targets set by the project sponsor and the project board.

To be successful in this position:

• Have evidence of professional development
• Previous experience of staff and budget management.
• Experience in analysing and presenting information effectively in report form, discussion and presenting to senior management.
• Background in operating Project, Programme or Portfolio Management Offices.
• Experience in facilitating team development workshops
• Project management and business case development experience within the NHS would be an advantage but not essential
