Hours 8:30 (weekly alternating start)- 5pm,

A financial firm located near Bond Street Station seeks a skilled, hardworking ETA/ITA to join their growing team.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cover other ETA/ITA
  • General administration as well as acting shadow cover for Reception and switchboard
  • Answering phone calls covering reception during lunch or during absence of Admin team
    • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 5 years' experience in a similar ETA/ITA role
  • Must have previous experience working in a small boutique financial firm
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel
  • Numerical as you will be dealing with financial data
  • Experience with Bloomberg or Factset
