Prestigious Asset Management firm
Mayfair, Central London
Office Concierge are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join the OC team, to be based at a prestigious Asset Management firm.
Working in a team of two you will work together to manage the Front of House in an efficient manor, ensuring a 5* Customer Service is provided to all employees, visitors and guests.
Front of House
- Welcomes guests and ensure their needs are properly catered for
- Manage meeting room bookings and pro-actively ensure required facilities are in place
- Prepare refreshments and order sandwiches for delivery
- Liaise and support in-house catering service
- Answer telephone, redirects calls and take messages
Office Administration
- Maintain filing system and electronic records
- Assist internal teams with adhoc admin
- Photocopy and binding
- Prepare mail-merge letters and fact sheets
- Deals with all mail
- Manage couriers
Office facilities
- Order stationary and maintain stock
- Order drinks supplies and maintain stock in staff kitche
- Liaise with Office Manager regularly
Desired Attributes
