Office Concierge are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join the OC team, to be based at a prestigious Asset Management firm. 

Working in a team of two you will work together to manage the Front of House in an efficient manor, ensuring a 5* Customer Service is provided to all employees, visitors and guests.

Front of House

  • Welcomes guests and ensure their needs are properly catered for
  • Manage meeting room bookings and pro-actively ensure required facilities are in place
  • Prepare refreshments and order sandwiches for delivery
  • Liaise and support in-house catering service
  • Answer telephone, redirects calls and take messages

Office Administration

  • Maintain filing system and electronic records
  • Assist internal teams with adhoc admin
  • Photocopy and binding
  • Prepare mail-merge letters and fact sheets
  • Deals with all mail
  • Manage couriers

Office facilities

  • Order stationary and maintain stock
  • Order drinks supplies and maintain stock in staff kitche
  • Liaise with Office Manager regularly

Desired Attributes

  • Educated to A Level or equivalent

This is a maternity cover fixed term contract, however if this was to come to an end we will have other opportunities within Office Concierge!
