A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a legal assistant to join a top tier law firm based in the centre of Birmingham within their expanding defendant insurance team. The firm can offer you a competitive salary and benefits package. 

Based in Birmingham, the team deal with a variety of work dealing with blue-chip clients, insurers and intermediaries advising in all matters of contention arising from employer, public, property and motor claims. 

In this role, your key duties will include assisting the head of the team and other members, liaising with clients and third parties, assisting with monthly billing, dealing with all forms of liability, injury and motor claims. 

In order to be considered for this defendant insurance legal assistant role based in Birmingham, you must have 2 years + experience working in a similar role dealing with contentious work, have experience dealing with small and fast track claims, along with a working knowledge of defending credit hire claims.
