Lettings Administrator

Chelsea, London

 

Based in our Chelsea office, we are looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator who will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient support to the lettings team.

 

You will be responsible for duties such as :

  • Organising property launches; creating instruction letters; updating systems with new property details; maintaining records; reporting; and visiting properties when required. 
  • In addition, you will also be responsible for managing the marketing for the office, such as preparing advertising.
  • Other duties will include mail merges; invoicing; and general administration.

 

The ideal candidate will have :

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar secretarial role, with an interest in property.
  • The successful candidate will be a pro-active and organised individual, with good attention to detail.
  • You must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to multi-task.
  • You will have the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a good knowledge of Microsoft office.
