Estimator - Immediate Start!

Our client, an established and highly successful interior design firm, are seeking an Estimator to join their busy team on a permanent basis.

Supporting the Sales team with all new enquiries, responsibilities of the Estimator will include:

· Quoting for all new enquiries
· Assisting the sales team as needed to ensure they are able to focus on selling
· Ensuring all enquiries are dealt with efficiently
· Ensuring all quotes are returned to customers within set timescales
· Preparing quotes by extracting information from architects' details (training will be provided)
· Providing details needed to clarify quotes
· Responding to queries on email or online chat as needed

Estimator - what we're looking for:

· Previous experience as an Estimator, or within Sales Support, would be ideal
· Good working knowledge of Excel is required
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· The ability to work as part of a team
· A keen eye for detail and strong numerical skills
