We are seeking a Corporate Receptionist/Admin support to start asap at a City based bank! This is a brand new stand alone role - so you will really have the opportunity to put your own stamp on it. To start ASAP
Must be professional and corporate. Initially, the office environment will be quiet and you will be mainly covering reception, although there will be various admin duties required to support the team.
Overview of Job details:

Answering and forwarding calls coming through switchboard in a professional manner, taking messages when necessary;

Greeting clients and visitors, notifying appropriate parties of their arrival;
-
Hotel reservations and transportation arrangement;
-
Assist ordering and maintaining office supplies and maintenance;
-
Providing support to repair and maintenance of office equipment;
-
Liaise with office suppliers and the landlord on service and payment internally and externally
-
Providing office administrative support in the areas of procurement, report preparation and staff communication, when necessary; and
-
Other duties assigned by the company.
Knowledge and Skills

Experience of managing reception desk and office administration work

Excellent communication skills
-
Professional and proactive working attitude with ability to work efficiently under pressure

Self-motivated, reliable, dedicated and flexible
-
Well organised with good time management skills
-
Good PC skills, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-
Familiarity with the financial services industry
