Working for a high profile individual who works within the London Real Estate market.

Your new role
It is a mixture of private PA support running an exciting, lavish lifestyle for an individual that spends 50% of his time abroad. The projects that he works on are exciting and varied. It will involve getting into lavish restaurants/hotels and making the impossible possible. He really needs someone to be 1 step ahead of him.
The corporate side of the work is working within the small firm providing general administrative support to the team - meeting and greeting guests, providing refreshments etc.

What you'll need to succeed
A flexible attitude towards work, this is very much a mixture of senior PA support whilst providing general more junior administrative support. You must be incredibly confidant and able to manage a huge character. You must be able to deal with a fluctuating work load. You will need a progressive steady CV which highlights loyalty as a PA/EA. The most important skill is the ability to deal highly confidential information.
