Operations Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for our client a new Apprenticeship Operations Coordinator for a well known private university in Central London.

Who will you be working for?

Our client is a highly successful and well recognised company specialising in training and education for professional qualifications in a range of expert fields. Most well known for its Business School and Law School, this private organisation has campuses located throughout the UK and is no stranger to global companies and ambitious students. What will you be doing?

• Managing and updating the day to day up keep of policies and procedures relating to their apprenticeship functions
• You will be communicating effectively with senior stakeholders
• You will take responsibility for process training and will look after the document control side of all processes
• You will be the first point of contact for all processes in this department
• You will be working to operationalise changes to funding within the department
• You will implement improvement plans for all office processes, policies and procedures

About you?

You will have experience working in the education sector and ideally within a compliance environment. Your experience in updating and improving policies and procedures will be key in this role to ensure the department operates as efficiently as possible. You will be organised and have great communication skills.

This is a full time position paying £30k, depending on experience and is a 1 year FTC.
