Our Client is a leading Healthcare PR Agency with award winning work and a well-known name within the industry.

Based between St James Park and Victoria, your role is diverse. You will manage the day to day running of the office, coordinate building maintenance, maintain Health & Safety legislation, and be the main focal point for all office related issues. You will be a natural problem solver and someone who loves helping others. You must assertive but unflappable and be used to looking after an office of at least 30 people. Ideally have 2-3 years office management experience in a fast paced environment. This could suit someone wanting to make the move from corporate to media.  You'll be naturally welcoming and have high standards of presentation and detail. You'll have excellent all-round office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You'll be the kind of person who loves to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in! You will also manage an Office Assistant so you must have supervisory or management experience.
