Job Title: Office Co-Ordinator / Graduate Administrator

Salary: £30,000 + Benefits

Location: South Kensington, London

Exciting opportunity to work for a renowned global business, who are looking for an office co-ordinator to help run a busy office and provide administration support to certain areas of the business. It is essential that you have advanced Excel skills and a willingness to travel internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with any travel arrangement requests
  • Helping to organise corporate events and office social functions
  • Providing administration support to managers across the business
  • Dealing with all aspects of Health & Safety within the office ensuring the company is fully compliant
  • Processing all company payments and sending to Accounts for payment
  • Managing the reception desk on a day basis
  • Answering a busy switchboard and dealing with all telephone enquiries
  • Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post and couriers
  • Monitoring and ordering stationery supplies
  • Managing working relationship with all third-party suppliers
  • Monitoring and ordering kitchen supplies and restocking when necessary
  • Maintaining an effective working relationship with the building receptionist and building management dealing with all day-to-day facilities issues
  • Monitoring the service received by outsourced cleaners and dealing with any issues

This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate with a couple of years’ experience as a PA / Administrator / Team Leader to join a dynamic and forward thinking firm and take on some office management duties. You must be able to prioritise a busy workload and multi task effectively to meet deadlines; have strong communication skills with the confidence to communicate with senior management and external stakeholders; and be comfortable working a very fast paced environment. Most importantly, you must have excellent Excel skills.
