Office Assistant
We are recruiting for a range of Office Assistant roles for a temporary period in central London. You will be providing a range of support services to ensure the smooth running of a business/organisation.
Who will you be working for?
We are recruiting for a range of clients in Central London across various sectors.
What will you be doing?
You will be working within an office environment including duties such as:
- Reception work
- Secretarial work
- Team Asssistance
- Offie Management
- Administration
- Inbox management
- Data entry
- Assistance with mail services.
- Producing documents as required; including laminating and binding.
- Other duties as required.
About you.
- Available at an immediate/short notice
- Experience of providing a wide range of services in a busy office environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and ability to hit the ground running.
- Third-level degree or equivalent qualification
