About you:

Are you an experienced Receptionist looking for an amazing opportunity to work within the heart of the City of London in beautiful offices? My client a well-known Insurance company who value their staff are looking to take you on a 12 Month fixed term contract! You will be professional, have outstanding communication skills and give nothing but five star customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors in a friendly, timely and professional manner, notifying staff members and directing them to the appropriate location. 
  • Arranging visitor passes to the building to allow access. 
  • Managing the switchboard to relay and filter incoming calls and forwarding any messages to relevant parties.
  • Maintaining the diary calendar for all meeting room bookings.
  • Setting up of refreshment and catering requirements.
  • Arranging and setting up video and telephone conference calls. 
  • Ensuring the Reception area is clean and presentable at any given time with no personal items on display.  
  • Take in deliveries, sign for post and stock orders and liaise with the Facilities team for internal deliveries and maintenance requirements.
  • Responsible for ordering all office supplies as and when needed. 
  • Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as directed by Management.

Requirements:

  • Previous Reception experience working within a professional services environment
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • A smart and professional appearance
  • Intermediate use of Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive and positive approach
  • The ability to multi task
