A forward thinking financial services firm based near Bank Station is looking for a first-class receptionist & office manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 1 years’ office experience to join a company where they will feel valued and part of a friendly, fun team.

Duties include;

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Processing visas
  • Liaising with the company medical provider
  • Manage all travel arrangements for the management and employees for business purposes
  • Answer, screen & forward any incoming phone calls
  • Processing expenses
  • Managing meeting rooms
  • Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries & couriers
  • Ensure the smooth operation of conference rooms and that the office is tidy and presentable at all times, flagging any facilities issues
  • Ordering stationery and keeping a track of office supplies
  • Providing secretarial assistance to management and team including filing, typing, printing & binding

Skills required;

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Computer literate and very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Confident and able to work under pressure from time to time
  • Good telephone manner
  • Well presented and friendly
