ABOUT
We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our client’s lovely team.

 

You will be responsible for creating and delivering training and development programmes across the agency, ensuring all employees are equipped to do their best work. You will develop skills across all levels of seniority and identify/create training events from initial inductions to leadership programmes.

 

The successful candidate will have the ability to engage with key stakeholders and establish good knowledge of the company, its clients and business strategy as well as an understanding of the agency’s values and culture in order to create a strategy that best aligns to the business needs. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Learning & Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a training strategy that aligns to business needs and objectives, ensuring the agency are Future Ready
  • Working closely with the Department Heads to evaluate department and individual training and development needs
  • Meeting and building strong relationships with 3rd party training providers
  • Working with external providers to create and deliver bespoke training programmes
  • Using a wide range of training methods including internal learning sessions, e-learning, mentoring scheme, job shadowing etc. as well as embedding their 30/60 training approach
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and sourcing the most relevant training to keep the agency ahead
  • Acting as the go to within the business for questions or support around training and development
  • Working with HR Business Partner to manage budget effectively
  • Facilitating and delivering internal training
  • Responsible for CPD submission
  • Co-ordinating and facilitating the agency’s internal training agenda
  • Supporting on knowledge share and learning initiatives across the agency

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Agency background with extensive L&D experience
  • Confident presenter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
