A super friendly, high end investment and development firm require a professional, polished and articulate Junior PA to join their bright and dynamic team.This is an amazing opportunity to become part of a fantastic and very successful firm, where there is scope to learn a vast amount and progress your career forward.
They have a really nice culture there and are looking for a Junior PA to join their team. Responsibilities include greeting clients and visitors with 5* service, managing diaries, coordinating meetings and liaising with clients, updating the database, maintaining invoices, covering the phones and setting up meeting rooms.
Working alongside the Office Manager with any overflow work, this is a vital hire for the company, with a high volume of office tasks and administrative tasks. You will also get involved in the organisation of events and miscellaneous projects throughout the year whilst managing the office supplies and general up keep, being the office lynch pin and go to person.
This is a great opportunity for a graduate who is looking for their next step and wanting to work for a professional but lovely firm located in beautiful offices in Mayfair. You will have proven admin experience and have a good grasp of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. You will have be highly organised, happy to work in a busy fast paced office and have the ability to multi task.
Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm / 9am - 6pm.
Salary: Up to £25k
