Commercial and Facilities Coordinator

Our client is looking for a commercial and facilities coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis!

Who will you be working for?

Our client is a successful leader in software for manufacturing, logistics, retail and distribution businesses. They have a customer-centric approach and have great partnerships with their providers.

What will you be doing?

In this varied role you will be responsible for helping the team with secretarial type duties including travel arrangements and booking meetings. You will also be in charge of looking after the front desk and managing the switchboard. The facilities side of the role will involve looking after all building maintenance issues, being responsible for liaising with the buildings security team and the cleaners.

About you?

You will highly organised and self motivated, you will have a can-do approach to your work. Our client is looking for someone who is a quick learner and who has great attention to detail. You will have some experience working in a similar role and will be able to prioritise your work.

It will be highly desirable if you have good experience using Microsoft packages and have worked in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
