You are a graduate calibre PA for whom juggling diaries & travel is a joy and at the forefront of your to-do list. Our Client is a global independent corporate communications empire with a prestigious client list, dynamic culture and the responsibility of protecting the reputation of a myriad of high profile businesses, heritage sites and institutions internationally.

This is a most unique and unusual role!

Reporting to the Chairman and owner you will join a tight knit team of assistants charged with looking after every aspect of the Chairman’s life including his personal, business and charity commitments. Your role is to manage the ever changing diary and coordinate extensive and challenging travel itineraries. With a cool head and a steady steadfast mentality you will manage, juggle, coordinate, schedule and reschedule all manner of high profile events, trips and meetings.

The role requires skilled team work to ensure no stone has been left unturned; a high level of emotional intelligence to prioritise and reprioritise, excellent diary management skills, flexibility and the patience of a saint!

The business is well known and well respected and the benefits attractive. For a PA with 3-5 years experience plus in a management consultancy or corporate communications environment who is steady and swanlike, it’s the ideal role!
