PA to Commercial Director, 5 month contract

LMA are working with a global private healthcare business on their search for a first class PA to support a Commercial Director within their business. This person is extremely busy and needs dedicated 1 -1 support with full diary management, inbox management and meeting scheduling. Strong IT skills including MS PowerPoint are essential, as well as fantastic interpersonal skills. You will be the gatekeeper for this Director and the role requires someone who is intuitive and aware of time restraints and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a corporate professional head office, liaising with multiple stakeholders and have the ability to work on their own initiative. A healthcare background would be preferred but is not essential.

This position is covering for the end of maternity contract (5 months) but does have potential to be extended. 37 hour week and based in Great Portland Street.
