EA to Founders - Hugely Successful Healthcare Company

This is a fantastic opportunity for switched on EA/OMs who want to get involved in the business and use their brain.   Based out of gorgeous warehouse style offices, working with a fun young team you will be supporting the incredibly busy founders in all aspects of their professional lives.  I am looking for someone with natural gravitas who will come up with processes to bring everything and everyone together, ensuring the business runs smoothly and efficiently.  You will organise back to back meetings prioritising where necessary and making sure your bosses are prepared ahead of time.  They really need someone who can upwardly manage in a non bossy way, take on some of their work load when appropriate, ensure actions from meetings are progressing to timelines and manage junior staff.  I am looking for a fabulous relationship builder with a positive can do attitude, someone who can use their initiative to come up with solutions. Ideally you will have 5+ years EA experience having worked in a fast paced environment. Excellent IT skills are a must!
