Our client is looking for an experienced and competent payroll manager for an immediate start for their team based in West London for an ongoing temporary to permanent period offering £20 per hour.

Who will you be working for?

Our client is an award-winning international design practice, with many well known buildings across the world being market leaders in the field of transportation design.

What will you be doing?

As a payroll manager you will be answerable to the managing and finance director of the company, with communications between HMRC/Pension Brokers/Staff/Bank and Accountants. You will be in charge of payroll tasks for three of the company's offices including overtime payments, PAYE and Year End submissions, vouchers, loan and scheme payments, pension contributions and journal entries.

About you.

• Experience using both Sage 50 and Sage 200 software applications
• Familiarity with Quality Management systems and processes, Project Quality Plan requirements and Project CAD + BIM Stadards
• Immediate availability
• Ability to adapt well into a new working environment and hit the ground running
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Well developed oral and written communication skills
• Ability to practice within the company's core values.
