This is a fantastic opportunity to manage the day-to-day activities of a busy event team at this highly prestigious Law firm. As a Partner led business, the team is very integrated with Senior Management and share a focus on delivering exceptional events for clients and colleagues. The event portfolio offers variety and the role provides the opportunity to help advise the business and lead a team to achieve the highest levels of service.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day operational management of the team - advising, monitoring and developing
- Event allocation / workflow management
- Driving best practice and sharing industry knowledge
- Working closely with the Senior Manager to ensure business strategy is built into all events
- Monthly management reporting
- Delivery of events where required
Requirements
- Previous leadership responsibilities along with event delivery
- Operational expertise in continuous process improvements
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Meticulous attention to detail, the ability to prioritise multiple projects
