EA to MD

This person would be supporting the MD in a full-on and demanding high level support position. This is not for someone looking solely for a traditional support role. The right candidate will want to really get involved in the business side and always be one step ahead of the executive, making sure they are prepared for every meeting, building personal relationships with clients, and with the ability to jump into various documents and presentations on a daily basis. The team is looking for someone detail oriented, ambitious, proactive, and confident. They need to be switched on and excited about any challenges headed their way.
