We are looking for a highly experienced Talent Agent to join a small but exceptionally high performing team, supporting some of the biggest names in the TV and radio industries in the UK. An extremely down-to-earth and likeable team, they are looking to appoint a likeminded experienced agent to assist with their growing client base.

Based in the West-End, you will join as a Senior Agent with 5+ years’ experience and will manage a number of high-profile clients in the TV and radio world.

You will be responsible for utilising existing contacts, and well as networking to create new opportunities for the clients that you manage. Negotiating on fees and terms for each and every contract won, to ensure the best deal is always achieved. You will also be responsible for the overall strategy for each client and strive to ensure targets and outcomes are always achieved. You will assist in managing schedules, diaries and travel plans, and always be on-hand to ensure everything runs smoothly.
