As the face of the business, you will be the main point of contact and your duties will include; greeting all clients, booking meetings, updating the database and being responsible for all enquires over the phone and email. Everyone is extremely passionate about the company and they looking for a Receptionist who will become in integral part of the team. This company has a wonderful approach and they are focussed on giving an extremely high level of care to their clients, they are looking for a Receptionist who shares this and therefore an interest in the medical profession and client care would be advantageous. Due to the nature of this Receptionist role and your client facing duties, someone with a 5* hospitality background would suit the role very well. You will need to demonstrate that you are focussed on being a dedicated Receptionist, with exceptional customer service skills and a friendly dementor.
