Graduate Recruitment Coordinator - c£30,000 - £35,000

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to continue or develop their career within Graduate Recruitment.

Working alongside an experienced but great fun Graduate Recruitment Manager who will get you involved, mentor you and give you the opportunity to take on responsibility and projects.

What they are looking for is a bright, confident, graduate-calibre candidate with at least a years’ experience in within a graduate recruitment role – or a couple of years’ within HR but looking to specialise in the graduate recruitment side.

Duties will include;

• Managing the summer internship program and organising their social events

• Planning and attending recruitment fairs across the country to promote the firm

• Preparing marketing material for recruitment fairs and placement at universities

• Hosting the graduate interview days (meeting and greeting, preparing the rooms and interviewers)

• Managing the application and recruitment process for several thousand graduate and internship applicants every year

• Liaising and working with key stakeholders across the firm, both in the UK and abroad.

• Assisting with the onboarding of interns and graduate trainees.
