A motivated and skilled Executive Assistant is required for our client. This world-renowned investment banking firm has beautiful offices in London and dynamic and welcoming team.
As an EA you will be providing administrative and secretarial support to the wider team in your division.
A large and important part of your role is the focus on relationship management. You must have strong communication skills and a professional manner at all times. You will be communicating with clients, liaising with the Managing Directors of the firm, along with communicating with other colleagues in the UK and internationally.
Your role includes extensive diary management for the Managing Directors. This includes, organising the meetings and conferences, preparing data and documentation for said meetings, taking meeting minutes and actioning meeting goals.
You will be responsible for maintaining email correspondence, ensuring all enquires and matters are handled in a timely manner. This role requires a person who is comfortable managing confidential data and information. In this role you will also be processing expenses and invoices.
Skills required:
· Strong communication skills
· Team player
· Ability to work independently
· Maintains confidentiality
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
