EA to Global Head, Investment Bank (Paris)

A fabulous opportunity for an individual to be the EA to the Global Head of an Investment Bank in Paris. You will be bilingual in French and English and have worked in the financial services industry.  This position is very high profile. As EA and total right hand you will be working in the Executive Office, assisting with business, financial and personal support. This role requires total trust and exceptional organisational skills, diplomacy, confidence and dedication.

Working 1:1, you will be responsible for coordinating an extraordinarily busy executive and their office;  arranging complex itineraries and working as a real ‘right-hand’ to this senior figure within the Investment Bank.  You will need to be assertive and utterly professional, this role requires a quick wit and a calm approach.

Responsibilities:

• Extensive diary management - scheduling meetings and establishing priorities to ensure smooth and efficient running of daily schedules
• Arranging complex, multi-stop international travel itineraries
• Preparing documentation, running meetings
• Liaising and planning ahead
• Handling highly sensitive and confidential material
• Working on strategy plans
• Organising/coordinating team/client dinners/events
• Regularly interacting with senior colleagues, external clients, Executive Committee members, and Board members

Requirements

• Bilingual (French & English)
• Experience within a similar role in a top Investment Bank
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Excellent multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
• Ability to handle highly sensitive/confidential information
• Diplomatic and professional approach at all times and at all levels
