An amazing opportunity is now available for a Client Liaison Coordinator to join a leading property company! This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to develop on their current experience, you will come from a property background and be passionate about all things property.
As Client Liaison Coordinator, you will ultimately work closely with the team dealing with enquiries; booking appointments; updating and maintaining websites; in house databases; responsible for marketing / adverts, and general office administration. Your key activities will include but not limited to:
*Efficiently deal with Landlords and Tenant enquiries
*Meet and greet all people entering the office as appropriate
*Organising viewing
*Maintain database of relocation agents in the area
*Prepare new properties for marketing
*Covering all required administration and general ad-hoc duties
My client are looking for a punchy, proactive, hard working individual that can use initiative and work well with a team. As you will be covering a lot of the teams administration, it is important that you are organised and can communicate confidently with landlords, tenants, the team and stakeholders.
You will have a positive attitude and determination to succeed in the role. You will be developing relationships with clients and stakeholders and therefore communication skills are very important.
There is also a big opportunity to progress to a PA in the role if that's what you want to do.
