**FULL TIME 6 MONTHS TEMP POSITION - IMMEDIATE START**
Looking for a way into HR? A leading finance company based in stunning Canary Wharf offices have a requirement for a HR administrator to join their team on an on-going temporary basis expected to last for around six months. No previous HR experience is required, but being well organised with strong IT and interpersonal skills are key assets for the ideal candidate, along with at least one years experience in an administrative role.
This will be a hands on role, supporting the Recruitment team with all administration for the end to end recruitment process to include;
- Sourcing via job boards and agencies
- Scheduling interviews
- Booking meeting rooms
- Communicating with candidates, delivering feedback and writing regret letters.
A keen eye for detail is also important as you will be using Excel spread sheets and PowerPoint to manage and present data. This is a fantastic temporary role, working within a fun and dynamic team, offering the opportunity to give you the basic experience to begin a career in HR.
