LMA Recruitment are working with a growing HR Business Consultancy based in the West End. We are supporting them in their search for two outstanding entry-level HR Assistants. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for the two successful candidates to support the Client HR Advisors as well as the Lead HR Consultants in providing an outsourced HR administration service, inclusive of managing the entire recruitment cycle, on boarding of starters and leavers, recording and reporting of annual leave, sickness, maternity and paternity and other HR records. As well as ensuring processes and procedures are performed effectively and efficiently.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you are seeking an entry level position within HR that will give you excellent "on the job" skills and experience, with excellent opportunities for progression.

The successful candidate will ideally have a Level 7 CIPD or a Masters in Human Resources, have extremely strong administration skills, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, strong MS Office skills (Excel to an advanced level) as well as a keen eye for detail. You will be a professional , highly organised self-starter who is passionate about entering a career in Human Resources.

The main duties will include:

  • Managing the on-boarding of new starters and adding new starter details and documentation onto the HR systems
  • Manage the recruitment life-cycle from new starters through to exit interviews on the database
  • General HR Administration
