An SPV management services provider (subsidiary of an investment firm) is seeking a confident, driven and hard-working administrator to provide general support to the team.
Currently experiencing massive growth, the company is involved with many different projects within different sectors. It’s an exciting opportunity within an organisation which values their staff and encourages personal/professional development.
Duties include:
- Supporting the Office Manager.
- Front-of-house/reception duties
- General admin duties
- Ad-hoc admin for the Directors including PA work
- Maintaining the organisation chart
- Finance duties
The ideal candidate will be determined and possesses a ‘can-do’ attitude. You are expected to use your initiative and assist with office admin as and when is required. The benefits are generous for the right person – the company will support you in your career plans. Graduate or secretarially-trained is desirable.
Salary – dependent upon experience. £20k-25k
