Evening Presentations Operator

A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Presentations Operator to join an extremely well known and well respected multinational banking organisation based in the City of London, near St Pauls. This Presentations Operator role is an evening shift position, so you must be able to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 16.00 – 00.00 on a permanent basis. The generous annual salary is £40,250 plus perks and benefits. 

Working as part of a team and using corporate branding guidelines, you will liaise closely with clients to produce high end corporate presentations materials. Confidently communicating with bankers in a professional and helpful manner, you will take responsibility for the execution and deliverance of all collateral. You will be proactive with ensuring the deliverance of materials to agreed deadlines and managing client’s requirements with professionalism and accuracy.

In order to be considered for this role, you must have advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint 2007 and be an effective communicator. Experience of working in a corporate culture would be very beneficial to your application. In addition, you will be an adaptable and quick learner who is able to pick up skills relevant to the service needs and be a reliable and pivotal team member.
