Our Client based in the West End are looking for a hands on Reception Administrator to support both the Facilities Manager & Head of Administration. The ideal candidate will have receptionist experience with great organisational skills.
£25,000
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Responsible for all aspects of reception area including:
- The appearance of reception, stairs and landing area
- Meeting and greeting of all visitors and clients
- Answering and redirecting calls from switchboard across 3 locations
- 1st point of contact for Internal and External room bookings
- Assistance with room booking systems
- Invoicing clients for room and catering bookings
- Ordering stationary supplies for London staff
- Provide secretarial and administrative assistance to both Facilities Manager and Director of Administration Services
- Compiling and reporting consumption information to Accounts Team
- Flexibility to work late during evening events (overtime paid)
- Assist in Set up of events if required
- During busy periods assisting facilities assistant with lunches
- Sometime required to help with the opening and closing up of the building
- Liaise with staff especially at Grantham and stoke over room bookings and events
- Assisting the Director of Administration Services with the Administration of our Awards Schemes
- Assisting clients with any printing or photocopying needs as required
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
