PA

Based 5 minutes from King's Cross St. Pancras station, this global financial public relations consultancy is seeking an experienced PA to support 2 partners and a team of approximately 6 members in total.
This will be busy, hands on role where you will be expected to successfully handle high volumes of work and fluctuating workloads however you will be repaid in fantastic benefits including profit related pay and paid overtime.

As well as tradition PA duties such as diary management and travel and visa bookings, extra responsibilities will include:

• Sending announcements to the Stock Exchange and PR Newswire - this would require 6 starts and occasional late nights
• Monitoring newswires, viewing share prices
• Internet research, including accessing archive news articles using Factiva
• Monitoring publication websites
