HR and Training Administrator

Exciting new role for a bright, ambitious and commercially focussed candidate who thrives in a fast paced professional services environment.

Based in Uxbridge, Middlesex for a financial services organisation, this HR and Training Administrator role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, team working skills and strong IT expertise.

This is a new division of the company so will be supporting a recently appointed HRD, HR Manager and L & D Manager with all administration support. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, having their opinions listened to and enthusiasm respected.

They would like to appoint a graduation with a couple of years’ corporate administration or HR Administration experience gained in an entrepreneurial environment.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Recruitment Administration – keeping up to date records of activity, updating job descriptions, publish adverts, liaise with agencies, arrange interviews and co-ordinate offers.
  • New Starters and Onboarding – handle pre-employment checks, send out welcome letters/contracts and starter packs. Liaise with payroll and process invoices.
  • General HR Administration – Process leavers and arrange exit interviews, process reference requests, administer the appraisal communication, manage requests on policy information, maintain the HR database, prepare documentation on disciplinary or other relevant meetings. General project management and HR reporting.
  • L & D Administration – Maintain training records, schedule training sessions, arrange course logistics and produce relevant material. Set up training calendar and monitor accordingly.

They are looking for someone bright, a good command of written and spoken English, strong at building positive relationships, able to analyse and summarise information and work to tight deadlines in an environment where priorities change and the pace is full-on.
