Team Assistant

We are looking to hire a versatile, charismatic, and adaptable Team Assistant who can assist our teams in providing the highest level of support to our top ranked analyst teams based in London, to;

• Assist with the team's extensive European and International travel
• Accurately process all expenses in a timely manner
• Update the team's Company Results calendar and spreadsheet
• Assist the team EA with calendar management
• Ensure the team's research marketing packs are up-to-date
• Update the team's disclosures on a monthly basis for all models
• Participate in weekly team meetings and take notes of action points
• Assist the EA with organising events to include client lunches, round-table dinners with guest speakers, conferences and any other ad hoc team entertainment
• Providing assistance with team's Research product when required

You Have:

• 2+ years experience in a previous TA role, preferably within a financial services entity or other blue chip environment
• Experience of working with a large team
• Sound knowledge of all Office applications - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Concur and CRM preferable but not essential
• A fantastic can-do attitude and commitment to deliver the best service to clients
• A calm, cheerful, but professional and resilient attitude, with the ability to problem solve
