A growing social care organisation based in a smart Head Office near London Bridge is seeking a bright, highly capable, professional and articulate EA to the Chief Executive.

This a great opportunity for an EA looking for more than just diary management. Working in collaboration with the CEO and SMT you will truly be able to get involved, attend meetings and add value. Acting as gatekeeper you will need to gain a real understanding of the business to maintain relationships with your boss’s contacts and direct reports.

Key duties;

  • Ensure clear and accurate co-ordination and communication between the CEO and members of the SMT
  • Extensive internal and external diary management
  • Email monitoring and actions
  • Organisation-wide central point of contact for the CEO’s Office
  • Document preparation - reports, briefings, correspondence, PowerPoint presentations, etc
  • Co-ordinate and schedule internal and external meetings ensuring highly effective diary control and the preparation and dissemination of materials
  • Travel arrangements
  • Board membership administration and support
  • Organize and attend SMT meetings, taking minutes and noting action points

Background and experience: 

  • Proven experience of working at an Executive level
  • Experience of producing effective minutes / agendas
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience of managing projects

The successful EA will be ambitious, have strong and proven communication skills across all levels of the business. You should be personal, upbeat and friendly as you will often need to act on behalf of the CEO and be an ambassador for him.
