Customer Support

A beauty on demand company are looking for Customer Support to join them on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be able to work to deadlines, have excellent customer service skills and the ability to problem solve under pressure. You will be flexible with shift work.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with live fulfilment of customer appointments to ensure demand fulfilment targets are met - both for same-day and advance requests; whilst keeping clear, concise notes to ensure complete visibility to the rest of the team
• Responding to queries from community in an efficient and timely manner
• Ensuring all admin tasks set by the manager are processed as directed
• Maintaining clear communication whilst working with your peers in the operations team

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Must be a positive, approachable and self-motivated individual with a desire to learn.
• Ability to use multiple systems and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Not be afraid to get stuck in; you love a challenge!
• Able to commit to some weekend and evening shifts as well as during the week
