PA to 3 Directors for a sought after Luxury Brand

Really exciting PA role for 3 Directors in the HR/Recruitment team in a sought after luxury company!

Typical duties include (plus much more):

• Extensive Diary Management  - Three busy diaries
• Arranging travel bookings – Flight, hotel, car and rail. Applying for necessary visas for travel.
• Completing expense reports and checking expenses before being sent for approval.
• Organising events and team builds including sending invitations and managing the event.

Ideal candidate:

• Previous experience of working as a PA to Senior Management (ideally)
• Highly computer literate, particularly in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong administrative skills.
• SAP knowledge is desirable.
