An excellent opportunity to join this high achieving team to deliver all high profile Deal and Non-deal roadshows on behalf of the business.
Responsibilities
- Logistical coordination and execution of all roadshows including working with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee and manage roadshow from inception to completion including investor targeting, booking one on one and group meetings and gathering feedback
- Propose and prepare roadshow schedules based on demand and potential conflicts
- Deliver events: source, book and brief venues (internal and external); arrange audio visual requirements; order catering; prepare marketing materials; welcome and register guests; run on-site arrangements (where necessary)
- Contract negotiation and preparing third party payments
- Utilise online marketing platforms, set up NetRoadshows and organise conference calls
- Book and confirm travel logistics: including flights, trains, ground transport and accommodation
- Process invoices and expense reports upon completion of the roadshow and provide detailed expense breakdowns for client reimbursement
- Collaborate with vendors and other business areas regarding implementation of new systems, process improvements and enhancements
- Create and maintain high quality roadshow materials including schedules, invitations, attendance lists and feedback documents
- Assist with ad hoc projects to support evolving platform
- Prepare and manage one on one meeting schedules during conferences
- Consistently seek innovative ways to improve efficiencies and productivity
- Assist with proposals and pitch documentation across NWM
- Provide post roadshow analysis data to drive business objectives
- Comply with policies, and deliver against all relevant statutory, regulatory, supervisory and legal obligations
Requirements
- Extensive previous experience in a similar role and understanding of the business
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment to tight deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communications both written and oral
- Excellent relationship management skills
