KMK are excited to be working with a leading Wealth Management Company based in stunning offices in Euston, who are currently looking to recruit an Office/Facilities Manager.

 This is no ordinary  Office Manager role as your duties will be wide and varying from the day to day running of the office to include:

  • The maintenance of all services, liaising with building managers and contractors.
  • Setting up of meeting rooms, ordering of all consumables and stationeries.
  • You will be responsible for organising all social and partner events.
  • Health & Safety to include inducting new starters
  •  IT and security, as well as assisting with the up keep of the company website.
  • Responsible for the purchase and upkeep of all hardware, software, printers  and IT consumables

The person:

You must have previous Office Management experience along with a hands on approach, be happy to role your sleeves up and not be above menial tasks or want to be completely desk bound.
