Part Time PA

Exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced and confident PA to support the Chief Executive of a wonderful cultural and arts Institute. This is a part time position with very flexible hours. The organisation is a dynamic, not-for-profit that is passionate about artistic performance, education, community engagement, and much more.

The right candidate needs to have several years of Executive level support in a fast-paced and demanding environment, preferably theatre or arts. They need to have experience taking minutes, attending board meetings, and assisting Executive level professionals with traditional support and more. They need to be flexible, team-oriented, with a forward thinking strategic approach. The organisation is going through a lot of change, so this is the right opportunity for someone who adapts well to change, has strong relationships building and communication skills, as well as a ‘can do’ / confident attitude.

Degree with a 2:1 preferred.
