HR People Advisor

HR Adviser - City - 6 month FTC - £150 per day

LMA Recruitment are looking for a HR People Advisor for a city based management consultancy. The ideal candidate will have fantastic communication and interpersonal skills, prior knowledge/ experience in the HR sector as well as be comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels. A Human Resources degree or similar is preferred but not essential.

Key duties include:

• Drive the implementation of people programs and initiatives.
• Advise and guide business leads on a range of issues including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters, flexible working arrangements, benefits and reward.
• Assess skill gaps with leadership, execute plans for skill development areas
• Educate and advise leadership on HR policy, to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with other HR People Advisors to share knowledge and best practice
• Manage all personnel changes from initial request through to approval and implementation
