Client On-Boarding Officer

My Client are looking for a Client On-Boarding Officer to participate in the account opening department to ensure that all accounts are opened in line with legislative requirements and in a timely manner.
Main Duties: -

• Assist in the process of opening new accounts (with a focus on Elective Professional applications);
• Assist in the process of opening corporate accounts in line with account opening procedures
• Liaise with client services
• Ensure all processes and checks are done in line with the current regulation and internal policies and procedures
• Update Internal systems

Liaise with compliance regarding any red flag, inconsistencies or any suspected fraudulent activity
Qualifications required :

• Educated to degree level

previous experience in a similar role for at least 3 years

• Excellent attention to detail required
• Ability to work under pressure and to set deadlines
• Prioritising tasks and being able to make educated decisions
• Experience of working in a similar environment
• Excellent data entry skills
• High levels of English and a least one other fluent language
• Be aware of FCA regulations and handbook
