We are looking for a Bi-lingual English-French Administrative Assistant to join a highly professional Private Equity firm in central London with the potential to go permanent. 

You will be providing administrative support to the head of Private Equity and senior members of the London team.

 Your duties will include: 
  • Extensive diary management to the Head of Private Equity
  • Scheduling meetings and video conferences across multiple time zones
  • Liaising between the London and Montreal head office, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Screening emails and phone calls
  • Meeting and greeting high profile clients
  • Processing expenses, general data entry and filing
  • Coordinating and proof reading client presentations
  • Arranging international travel for the team  
The desired candidate will have at least 2 years administrative experience with advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent proficiency of English and French both written and spoken is essential.

The successful candidate will have a highly professional and discrete manner and have a real ‘can do’ attitude working well within a hard-working team.
