Do you speak fluent French and or Italian, and have a desire to utilise your languages at work?

This is an enviable opportunity for a star EA to join a fast growing and highly successful private equity fund based in stunning offices near Knightsbridge.

You will be working closely with the lead EA/Office Manager in supporting the newest recruits on the team with a range of EA duties including extensive scheduling, rescheduling, international travel arrangement’s and helping prepare marketing decks and deal materials.

The key thing is that you will be eager and enthusiastic with a willingness to get involved in anything that the team require and to assist the Office Manager with a range of ad hoc duties and projects to help this start up division of a highly successful private equity backed fund to grow to success.

You will ideally have a few years experience in a similarly fast paced role since graduating but now be ready for your next challenge! in service and drive value.

Your duties will include:

• Extensive and complex diary management for a growing team of investment professionals and analysts

• Booking International travel across time zones

• Proactively managing any changes to schedule at short notice and all associated logistics

• Reconcile and process expenses

• Producing high quality documents and meeting materials
• Strong knowledge across MS Office suite
