EA to the Owner of a fantastic Property Development company based in the West End

EA to Owner role for a Property Development company based in the West End.

Starting as a temp role but could become permanent.

£25k - £40k

Supporting high end property developer who has never had an EA before. He is a family man who is really friendly and he needs someone to come in and help streamline the business.

The role will be full on and will include:

• Full EA support (diary, travel, scheduling meetings)
• Leading property viewings
• Liaising with clients, architects, owners etc.
• Attending meetings on behalf of the Owner
• Some personal duties

Ideal candidate:

• Around 2-3 years PA experience (ideally within property)
• Business savvy
• Flexibility – there may be some weekend/late evening work every now and then
• Muck in – someone who wants to be involved in every aspect of the business no matter how small
• Pro-active
• Available Immediately
