ROLE
Our client is a brand consultancy, specialising in areas such as brand strategy, brand analytics, brand valuation, corporate design, digital brand management, packaging design, and naming. They’re looking for an experienced PA to support three of their Global Team – Chief Talent Officer and two Chief Creative Officers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibilities
- Monitoring correspondence – e-mails/phone calls where appropriate – in people’s absence, replying where appropriate and alerting of new appointments/urgent matters.
- Extensive diary management.
- Organise UK & International travel – flights, Visa’s, taxis, meeting agendas, full itinerary etc.
- Co-ordination of client meetings, lunches etc.
- Organising internal meetings and events.
- General Admin support i.e. timesheets, expenses, appraisals, stationery and holidays.
- UK & International Conference co-ordination.
- Preparing presentations and new business proposals.
- Dealing with general enquires from around the group and internal employees. Management of information/case studies etc.
- Owning and coordinating regional calls including Q sessions, training sessions.
- Build connections/calls across the global analytics team – project managing actions. Research. Ad hoc support for the London business as and when required.
Secondary responsibilities
- Liaising and supporting other support staff when required. Dealing with media/new business enquiries. Ad Hoc project support. Printing and binding of documents.
SKILLS
- Excellent spoken English and phone manner is essential.
- Excellent written English and grammatical accuracy.
- Advanced Outlook. Intermediate Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Secretarial skills (typing 50wpm).
- Diary management.
- Efficient and highly organised.
- Team player with a flexible approach.
- Ability to work autonomously and ability to use initiative in solving problems.
- Confident in talking to senior clients.
- Reliable.
- Personable.
- Pro-active and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to prioritise/manage workload.
- Awareness of and interest in brands is an advantageous.
